Thank you for shopping on Palmloam. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–15 business days. If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us.

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original labels attached, in the original packaging. Non-compliant returns will not be refunded.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery. Overdue requests may not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Do not send returns to the address on the original package.Contact our customer service first to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Gift card orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping if returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the outer packaging for verification.

Follow the return/exchange instructions provided by our team.
Once we receive your package, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or an exchange order will be processed. Processing usually takes 5–15 business days. We will email you when your refund or exchange has been completed.
